Back to the main page. We went to Anse Chastanet on the island of St. Lucia. The resort from the water. We had 323 stairs from our room to the beach. Quite a workout. A shot our our first room. Four hours of sailing on a 42 foot boat. Soufriere, the island's second largest city was about 1.5 miles from the resort. Our last three nights were spent in a premium room. This was our view. Those two mountains are known as the Pitons. Believe it or not, the steep one in front is the small one...the Petite Piton. After heavy rains on Thursday, clouds rolled off the Pitons. One lone, dried flower sat in the middle of this stream. Here we are on our last morning there. It was tough to leave, but it's good to be back. Back to the main page.
